This is an oil filled transformer being drained after a bus collision. I is hard to believe that with a 15mph speed limit someone could actually lose control and drive off the road. It is a monthly occurance. ISI maintains the medium voltage system and is responsible for these types of repairs. 95 today, 75 overnight lows.
